Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The battery in my notebook isn’t working as well as it used to, my own computer suggested the replacement of the battery, but I don’t seem to find the proper battery on online stores. I hope some one links me to a site where I can buy a new replacement. Thanks.

Good afternoon,

I am currently experiencing problems with my battery, it seems it is not functional anymore. Therefore, I tried using the partsurfer link you proposed in January. However, using the link (http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=N5Y90UA) I cannot add the abovementioned battery to my shopping cart. (in the table it shows "N/A") Is it possible that there is another product number that I can find to replace my battery?
