I want to upgrade my RAM, which is 16 GB to 32 GB. I heard dual RAM (16x16) is better than just one(32). My device is an HP OMEN 16 k0000. Is my laptop only 4800MHz, or can I do more speed? Like 5200, 5600 MHz?
I am thinking about the Crucial 32GB kit.
This is the link to what I want to do:

The reason 2 x 16 GB is better than 1 x 32 GB is because with 2 x 16 GB of memory, the notebook runs the memory in the higher performing dual channel mode.
With one memory chip or mismatched memory capacities in both slots, the memory runs in single channel mode.

As far as the speed of the memory:
The memory will only run at the maximum speed your notebook's processor can run it at.
None of the processors that HP lists in the service manual can run the memory any faster than 4800 MHz.

Take the best one offered...the Intel Core™ i9-12900H.
Intel's specs indicate the max speed the processor can run the memory at is 4800 MHz.
Intel® Core™ i9-12900H Processor
The 5200 MHz memory speed is only for notebooks that used the soldered LPDDR5-5200 MHz memory.
Standard DDR5-5200 memory will run at 4800 MHz.
So, IMHO if the 32 GB DDR5-4800 memory kit is cheaper than the DDR5-5600 kit, buy the DDR5-4800.
