Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought extended HP warranty but I am not being given any support? No options for repairs in the menus. What exactly am I paying for?

 

The poor hinge mechanism is causing separation between the base and the main aluminium frame. Can someone please help me with getting the right assistance?

We understand that need help with the warranty repair,

 

There are 2 types of warranty accidental warranty covers any broken parts and liquid spillage and the normal will not cover APD.
