Product: HP ENVY x360 convertible cn0012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery has died, and I can't figure out the battery part I need to replace it. I have looked on the HP part search for help, but there is nothing coming up. Please help!

Is it an HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0012dx ? Its specs

It uses   3-cell, 52.5 Wh Li-ion battery part #  L09281-855 which is N/A from HP

nor   https://www.newegg.com/p/1B4-001S-011J8

 

Please use part # and try somewhere else, including eBay
