I can't find the type of my RAM, and don't know if I can upgrade it or not

I want to know if I can upgrade my ram or not, but I don't know how many RAM slots my laptop has, I have been trying to find my RAM specifications with no luck, I tried softwares like HP Support Assistant, Crucial Scan, and Mr memory.

HP Support Assistant just shows that it's 4GB Samsung 3200MHz, and when I try using the Virtual Agent it takes me to the HP Support website, but there's no product specifications there for my laptop.

Crucial Scan just says no system match was found.

And Mr Memory shows the memory type as "unknown".

Here's more information about the laptop from CPU-Z if that might help.

Hi:

It takes time for a forum moderator to approve pictures being posted.

Unfortunately, the service manual HP has on the support page is for the older models in the series that have the Intel 8th gen processors, but your notebook has two memory slots and it can support at least 2 x 8 GB of memory but probably supports more than that.

The only thing you would want to make sure of is that you buy DDR4-3200 memory.

However, the manual may be of help to you for how to open up the notebook to upgrade the memory.
