I don't have IR Camera in my laptop
MY LAPTOP HAS "HP Wide Vision HD Camera'"
How can I install IR camera driver in my Pavilon Power 15 i7 (Windows 10)
The reason I want IR camera is to use Windows hello, it shows me "We couldn't find camera that is compatible with Windows hello face".
This is my question given above
The solution should be safe to my laptop, it should not be harmfull to my laptop.
If not possible to find a solution for my laptop camera in safe way, no problem I will adjust with my in-build laptop camera.
I want the problem to be solved only with community chat, not with phone call.
And I am a 12 years old boy
And a java programmer too
My website = sahas-rai.web.app
Even I know html, css, js

You will need to use an external webcam. It is your only option besides replacing your current notebook with one that has better specifications.
See the Windows Hello compatible cameras in the hyperlink below. It is local to your region of the world.
