HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc6xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
I belong to a Latin American country (Ecuador), a year ago I bought the HP Pavilion 15 cc6. And this week I did bring the V-NAND SSD 970 EVO NVMe M.2 500GB, after installing the PC does not recognize my memory, as if it did not exist. Already update the Bios and nothing.
My question is whether they are compatible or is there any change I must make in the bios to recognize it. This PC did not have M.2 and I bought one.

Some mainboards support NVMe (PCIe), some others don´t you can check the manual to be on the save side, or you buy a non NVMe SSD (which is using SATA) like the Samsung 850 EVO - 250GB - M.2 SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-N5E250BW).
