Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have Intel core I3 380m processor.

what are the processors that can be used to upgrade my laptop performance?

How much ram is supported (in GB's) in my laptop?

Currently I have 2 GB.

I will appreciate your help.

Do HP company provide any upgrade service?

Please let me know.

We will need the exact model number to find the right manual. On some models the i3 380 processor is soldered on. Should be possible to upgrade the memory to at least 4 gb and likely 8 gb but we need the exact model.

The processor is not integrated. Socket type is foxconn rPGA 989.
