Want to put a i3 or better mother board in my dv6 1350 us casing does any one know which motherboards will fit I play emulators and I need a mother board that supports open gl

Even if you find a motherboard that fits properly into the case (which I doubt you will) you do know that you can not reuse or transfer the existing Windows version to the new motherboard, right?
You would have to acquire your own cooy of Windows 7, install it fresh to the laptop, and buy your own license to go with it -- as the license can not be transferred, either.
