Probook 430 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a ProBook 430 G2. The issue is that the device manager does not have the biomentric option. As such, the windows hello is not working. THe windows 10 pro is already updated. I have tried installation of diverse softwares such as varidity without a solution. What might be the problem?

For the series, HP Fingerprint Reader is an option. Did you buy this optional feature ? If not, you machine ONLY has a small window but it does not have the sensor underneath. If you wish to install the sensor, please use part #  768200-001.

Regards.
