Generally Intel Core laptops such as yours using DDR4 memory can run 32 gigs (2 x 16)
You can double check this by running a Command line inquiry as so:
wmic memphysical get maxcapacity
To convert this value to gigabytes (GB), divide the result by 1,048,576 (1024 x 1024)
