Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone,

I bought the HP 245 G7 2D5Y6PA - Ryzen 5 3500u

I got this Laptop with 4GB RAM and 1 TB Hard disk

after that i upgrade another 4GB of RAM and 240 GB kingston m.2 Sata SSD

now i have totally 8GB of RAM but now a days it's not enough to me for multi tasking because

ryzen 5  has vega graphics it takes 2.1 GB from the 8GB of RAM

so, i planned to upgrade my laptop for Total 16GB of RAM

we insert the Samsung 2400mhz RAM 8x2 = 16GB

it won't boot up, if we insert again the old RAMs laptop boots normally

My doubt is,

does my laptop supports 16GB of RAM ? please help me by your valuable Answer

We have inserted Crucial DDR4 2666mhz 8*2=16GB RAM in Total

Now it works without any issues and 16GB much better than 8GB

I'm Fully satisfied

My Suggestion is the person who are all having AMD processor with APU graphics

Don't over think directly go for 16GB RAM

don't go for 8GB RAM it will not satisfy
