HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr1012dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my laptop on November 2019, it was working perfect but few months ago the cooling fan starts doing a terrible noise and suddendly stop working, also a message appears when I try to turn on the computer:

"The system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly.

Continued operation is not recommended and may cause unpredictable behavior that could result in random shutdown, data loss or possible system damage. The system will shutdown in 15 seconds. To prevent shutdown and continue operation, press the Enter key now.

System Fan <90B>"

I only turned on again when I contact HP Support and required me to update de BIOS Version to F.09, but there´s still the problem. I bought the laptop at the States, but right now I am in Latin America; I contact both HP Support, but the first one (In US) told me to contact Latin America HP Support, the second told me that because I bought the laptop at United States I must contact them, that they can´t help me and also don´t have this equipment near.

Honestly, this is the worst customer experience ever, I won´t buy any HP product again. I am trying to get a solution since 2 months ago (until the warranty is available) but it has been a waste of time and effort.
