It isn't really clear as to what you mean.
Your notebook has a USB type-C port. You can use it for USB type-C devices, such as USB flash drives and external storage devices.
The USB type-C port on your notebook is not a power delivery type so using a USB Type-C power adapter may not be a very good idea.
Your notebook was delivered with a standard plug type power adapter. That is what HP meant to be used to charge and power the notebook PC.

It does not support adapters for video out. What is your need ? If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use
Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable
Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as
