My laptop won’t charge above 69% and it dies with no warning at 22. I have tried all of the updates listed on here and realize I must need a new battery. Where do I find one on the site and how do I replace an internal battery? I use this computer for school and don’t have time to send it in.

Have you run a diagnostic on the battery through the HP Support Assistant app? I would do so if I were you and report the advanced results to us for analysis. This is a fairly new laptop, probably under warranty, but I understand you do not want to send it in for service. I would still hate to see you buy a replacement battery and find out only then the battery is not really the problem.
But perhaps getting ahead of ourselves, here is the Service Manual:
Pages 36-39 have pictorial instructions for how to replace the battery. This is the part:
3-cell, 41-WHr, 3.6-AHr, Li-ion battery 920070-855
You are in the USA. You can find a replacement at amazon.com, or eBay. HP Parts Store no longer has it:
This is a third party battery from a reputable seller with next day amazon Prime shipping:
