Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok, so I've had this computer for over a year and a guru I most definitely am not!!!  and I can prove it.  Um, I got it for business and wasn't really worried about gaming, but the 3D and VR stuff I learned about sucked me in like a hole in the ISS would suck me out.  It turns out, this laptop is no good for either 3D or VR, but I found out how I can make some improvements, like faster boot up and program loading, simple things like that (without spending my life savings, that is).

One thing is get an SSD, cool, easy, right? WRONG!! I can't find one that's compatible with this .anyway, it seems to me I heard or read (because there's no way I would have came up with it on my own) that I may be able to substitute a SD card? or a thumb drive? Maybe?😬

Basically, I'm looking for the simplest, cheapest way to make this thing work a little better.

It has integrated UHD 620 and NVidia Geforce MX250 ( I did look at up-grading GPU but, guess what? Everything....I mean EVERYTHING...is incompatible.😠

I'm probably going to have to buy a whole new "GAMING" computer eventually, but right now, it's not really feasible (meaning my wife would kill me 🤕).

While I'm here, what do you think of Windows 11? 🤣

Any suggestions? Thx.

You should be able to add M.2 VVMe SSD drive to your machine. For example

Windows 11. Sooner or later we have to live with the devil UNLESS moving to Apple  . There is a tool for you to check your machine.

I believe you can run Windows 1 on your machine
