@Mladen2025, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

Yes, I can absolutely help you install the Cyrillic keyboard layout on your HP Omni Flip 16 running Windows 11. Just follow these steps:

How to Add Cyrillic (Russian) Keyboard Layout in Windows 11:

  1. Click on Start and open Settings.
  2. Go to Time & Language > Language & Region.
  3. Under Preferred Languages, click Add a language.
  4. In the search box, type Russian (or another Cyrillic-based language like Ukrainian, Bulgarian, etc.).
  5. Select the language and click Next.
  6. Uncheck “Set as my Windows display language” (unless you want to change the entire system language).
  7. Click Install.

Once installed:

  1. Click the three dots next to the new language and select Language options.
  2. Under Keyboards, click Add a keyboard and choose the Cyrillic layout you prefer (e.g., Russian, Russian - Mnemonic, etc.).

Switching Between Keyboards:

  • Press Windows key + Spacebar to toggle between installed keyboard layouts.
  • Or click the language icon in the taskbar to switch manually.

Tip:

If you're not familiar with the Cyrillic layout, you can enable the on-screen keyboard:

  • Go to Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard > Turn on On-screen keyboard.
