Hi guys, I tried to upgrade the memory RAM of the laptop,
I bought a kit of 32gb ddr5 4800mhz from Crucial, and when I installed the computer got freezer every time that window load, can someone help me with this?

test the memory, put a single memory in one slot and turn on the laptop and check if it works fine.
