I want chance my thermal paste for omen

I opened the lid to drive thermal paste, but I couldn't remove the screw, and if I sent it to guarantee, would they take thermal paste or do you have a service like that? Or did my guarantee be canceled because I opened the hatch?

4)Select the country from the drop-down.
