I have been facing alot of issues with my laptop and each problem in different way like software and hardware and sometimes both. I have been to HP service centre more than 50 times in 3 years to resolve it and still i am facing different issues even after the service has been done . and recently i have been changed my HDD because of some crash issue and still i am getting lots of issues like unexpected shutdowns and STOP CODE errors

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
