From the Maintenance & Service guide
https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_7768944_en-US-1.pdf
The discrete graphics in the laptops
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX® 4080 (80 W)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 (80 W)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 (80 W)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 (80 W)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (60 W)
You will have to do a read of the NVIDIA marketing to see which has Max-P or Max-Q. Max-P just means maximum performance.
Max-Q

Hi!
@erico, a while ago while attempting to answer a similar question, the user brought to my attention that there actually is an Official HP document about the TGP on HP gaming laptops and their NVIDIA graphics: OMEN and HP - Performance specifications for NVIDIA GPUs . According to this document, TahaTemur's 16-wf0030nt has a TGP of 140W.
Although -if I'm not mistaken- the graphics card manufacturer (NVIDIA) has abandoned the max-Q/P distinction since early 2021, based on the 140W of available power this is a performance card and......would have been a max-P one......
* I don't know what those low numbers (when it comes to the GPUs) on the manual are all about, but they are definitely wrong. Apart from the document mentioned above, reviews of the powerful Omen 16-wf0000 laptops show available power as being at least 140W (on the RTX 40 series).

Thanks. @TzortzisG
Ugh!
Conflicting HP documents. I would tend to error on the high side with this one as well.
