Generally there is a button on the faceplate and the specs do say you have a trayload not a slotload cd drive. You can also find the CD drive in the "This PC" right click on it and choose eject. As a last resort there is an emegency pinhole in the faceplate where you can insert a bent-out paperclip and it will open. If none of these works the drive is broken.
