Your machine is a CTO machine. New manual is N/A, only for the older series

But from Crucial, you can upgrade to 64GB. It is very safe to upgrade to 32GB using

or https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g32c16s4b/ct16729533
or part # 937438-855 (must be 2 pieces of 16GB ) from HP
Note: RAM only runs at 2666MHz.
