I want to upgrade my HP15-ba021ax Ram i want to know the maximum HZ my laptop supports

Hi:

 

No matter what speed DDR4 memory you install, your notebook's A10 processor is only going to run the memory at 1866 MHz.

 

For example if you can only find DDR4-2666 MHz memory, it will work fine, but it will only run at 1866 MHz.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.  Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.
