Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Suggest me a RAM and SSD as I want to upgrade my laptop.
So tell me which 4GB RAM is compatiable with which frequency. Also what type of SSD is compatiable. I need only 256 GB SSD

But Please tell me which frequeny or MHZ is 2666 or 3600 hz of 4 GB and SSD sould be gen 3 or 4
