Hello, I currently have a 1TB SATA 5400rpm HDD and 2133MHz 8GB DDR4 Memory. I want to upgrade both, can someone please suggest me some compatible 1TB SSD and DDR4 memory modules for my laptop?

Your model does not have an M.2 slot for a new generation "gumstick" type SSD unless you use an adapter board in the hard drive bay. That is not worth the cost as you can replace that mechanical hard drive with a 2.5 inch SATA SSD and greatly increase performance that way.
This is a 2TB 2.5 inch SATA SSD model but other sizes are available and you really cannot go wrong with WD or Samsung or just about any common brand of 2.5 inch SATA SSD:
On the memory you want DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM and it will downclock to 2133 speed. Get standard stock memory like Crucial or Hynix or even this:
You have a single 8 gb module and an open slot and your best upgrade is to add a second 8 gb module and the one I linked would work fine at a reasonable cost.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

I don't generally like to mix memory speeds but it will work and will run at 2133 with the other stick. You run some small risk it will not work in dual channel mode is why I prefer to match speeds. That Crucial is the right type and I am pretty sure you can find it in 2400 speed for no more money.
