What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here - All depends on this!

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

Thanks for the reply.

My product number is 3PU58PA#AR6.

I have read the maintenance and sevice guide book, but it don't give me a clear description of my laptop disk drive.

@ridh0_ai-n Well, I did some digging into the maintenance guide and here's what I see (list of parts tested and approved to work on your device by HP), although, I must let you know that HP does not recommend upgrades or hardware changes as the device is equipped with parts that perform at its optimal performance by design, that said, the upgradeable parts listed by HP articles are purely for your ease, as the decision to upgrade will be at your own discretion.

For more details: click here & visit page. 48 Chapter 6 Removal and replacement procedures for Authorized Service Provider parts (Brand of the device does not matter, just ensure the storage capacity doesn't exceed this description)

I hope that answers your query,
