Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

two days ago, my touchscreen was working just fine but now even settings suggests that 'no pen and touch input is available'. In device manager the I2C device has an error and I tried uninstalling it, restarting my laptop, resetting my laptop but to no avail. as of today, none of the hidden device i.e. my touchscreen driver is showing up either. help me out with this please (FYI I own an HP envy 360 15.6")
