Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can We upgrade Ram in this laptop 15-di0001Tu. and I see second slot is not soldiered in this laptop why? can Hp service centre upgrade this slot? and upto what we upgrade processor in this laptop.

Hi:

 

Notebooks with the Pentium processors only have one memory slot.

 

Notebooks with the Intel core processors have two memory slots.

 

You can remove the 4 GB memory chip and install an 8 GB memory chip.

 

You cannot upgrade the processor.  It is soldered to the motherboard and is not removable.
