IVE HAD MY LAPTOP FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FINE AND I USED IT YESTERDAY FOR SCHOOLWORK JUST FINE. HOWEVER, WHEN I WENT TO OPEN THE LAPTOP LAST NIGHT, IT SEEMED TO NOT WANT TO OPEN. THE LEFT HINGE WAS STUCK AND WHEN I OPENED THE LAPTOP, THE SCREEN CRACKED AND CAME OUT OF THE LEFT HINGE. I DID NOTHING TO IT BESIDES TRY TO OPEN THE LAPTOP AND NOW THE TOUCHSCREEN WON'T WORK FOR THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SCREEN DUE TO THE CRACK. THE CRACKING IS MINOR AND I COULD LIVE WITH IT BUT THE LAPTOP WON'T CLOSE. THE SUPPORT ONLINE AND VIA PHONE HAS BEEN GREAT AND I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF IT'S MY FAULT BECAUSE THE HINGE WON'T OPEN AT ALL AND THE SCREEN BROKE BECAUSE THE HINGE WAS STUCK. IM NOT SURE WHAT THE BEST THING TO DO NOW IS BECAUSE I NEED MT LAPTOP FOR MY COLLEGE COURSES
