Is it possible to upgrade the ram and the processor. If possible suggest me ram and processor which I can use to upgrade.

1. RAM: It has 4 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now and supports 16GB max. You can upgrade to

     (a)  8GB: add same existing 4GB to slot 2 or using following compatible RAM

                      https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct51264bf160b/ct9660245

     (b) 16GB (max): install 8GB each to both slots using following compatible RAM

2. CPU/PROCESSOR: No, you have to replace the whole System Board because Processor is soldered down to its motherboard.

 

Unfortunately your machine has the top of the line System Board part # 813971-601which is for AMD A8-7410 processor and 2 GB of discrete graphics memory and Windows 10 Home, no available higher boards therefore you can't even buy new System Board.
