After hearing the noise, I also tried opening the back panel of my laptop to clean the dust off the net... checked the fans too but didnt find anything Hence I concluded the sound will stop coming now, but as soon as I started it came back... My laptop is new and im a little bit worried what could be happening as the fan vibration noise is too loud... I didnt drop my laptop, its always at my desk... What should I do? please help... I also updated bios, Updated system, Ran HP system checks for fan from Diagnostics UEFI (BIOS), It checked and everything is fine it said, while it was checking... no fan noise came but once it stopped, the noice came again (also the noise has reduced signicificantly in  a day...)
Please guide me what should I do...

If you have been using the notebook for a while, the fan bearing could be failing. It happens.

Electrical/electronic components just doesn't last forever.

I would just replace the fan with a new one.

If you are not up to doing it yourself there should be a shop that can handle the replacement for you.
