I received mine this afternoon around 3:30 - I was supposed to get it "by noon."  Kind of irked me, I had rearranged my morning to be here to sign for it and then they didn't show up til 3:30, so when the Fedex driver arrived, I opened the door and I looked at him and I said: Oh...its YOU.  LOL.

 

I haven't set it up or anything, it is a xmas present for the family 🙂

I am so happy that I am not the only one dealing with this. I am currently a sophomore in high school. With Covid, we've been using our laptops for everything. I attend a school for people gifted in the arts where I produce my own music. Let me tell you, music production does not get along with your CPU. I ordered a new laptop for next semester since I needed something fast enough to process sound in real-time. Especially since 99% of our equipment requires a laptop to use. 

I ordered an Omen 15-en000z on Cyber Monday. Saved up for it too. It's honestly infuriating. I am a student. I need a laptop for school. I really don't understand what is so hard to understand by that. HP Support has been completely worthless.
