My laptop was sent in for repair while still under warranty. The warranty expired while in for repair.
I was given a repair date that was valid under warranty, but haven't received any update. Now I can't speak with a live agent because the warranty is expired. Frustrating experience with the virtual agent. I found a document that states " Probably beyond economic repair", that was 10 days ago...
Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
