Dear community,
I would like to increase/improve the following memory parameters of my HP 250 G4 Notebook PC:
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB
Total Physical Memory 3.92 GB
Available Physical Memory 519 MB
Total Virtual Memory 7.42 GB
Available Virtual Memory 3.51 GB
Page File Space 3.50 GB
What can I do with the least amount of money?
This might sound like a very basic question but please note that I am willing to learn as I am not an expert in this matter !
Thank you very much for your well-meant replies!
Wish you a fabulous day!

Hi:
What model Intel processor does your notebook have?
The model processor would determine how much memory you can upgrade to.
You also need to be running a 64 bit operating system to add more than 4 GB of memory.
I see you posted that your notebook has W10 32 bit, which I assume was a typo in your part, since all 250 G4's came with 64 bit operating systems.

You're very welcome.
You can install as much as 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory in your notebook.
Here are compatible part numbers for a 4 GB and 8 GB memory chip and you can decide how much memory you want to add based on your needs and budget.
8 GB
Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM | CT102464BF160B | Crucial EU
4 GB
Crucial 4GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM | CT51264BF160B | Crucial EU
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure...

Hi, Alex:
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the wifi driver to the latest version and see if that helps.
