Hello,

I wanted to know if I can increase my notebook ram to 8GB DDR4 or not. If yes, what is the procedure for that. 

Product name- HP Notebook - 15-be012tu. Currently it is 4GB RAM installed. Also wanted to know what is the max capacity of RAM that I can install on this PC and can I can I change the proccessor in this PC.

Hi,

You can not change the CPU as it is integrated on the motherboard (soldered). You would need to replace the motherboard which would have a very high cost.

Max RAM is 16GB of DDR4 2133Mhz RAM(2x8GB)

You can purchase from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...

Take a look on page 52 of this service manual:

or page 42 of this one:

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06189781

to see which one describes best how to remove the bottom cover of the PC to install RAM.
