A DELL.. Right.

Maybe there is a way to use it as an internal with an adapter, or the only solution is to purchase an USB adapter and make it external?

I did a quick check in the service manual and then googled the part number 926255-001 which came with some of those laptops. It seems to be an M2 SATA not NVmE drive. But I see no documantation of that in the manual.
