Hi,
I installed a second hand drive WD10SPZX Blue 1TB SATA 6Gb/s in my ProBook 640 g4 and I can not see it in explorer. Do I need to install a driver?

Where and how did you install it? See p. 38 of the Manual here and explain:
If the drive is blank it will not show up in Windows Explorer until initialized, formatted, mounted and assigned a drive letter. You do those things through the disk management console:

Post back with any more questions or please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.
