Serial NUmber = [Personal Information Removed]
Installing Crucial 250GB NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive
Installed it inside but on Disk Management can only see the existing 64GB drive.
Tried Device Manager update, its not found.
Reseated it twice
Tried BIOs to see if I could find a M2 option - but no.
I was wondering if I could find and remove the 6GB drive but I guess its a solid fixed chip ?
Any ideas ...I run a PC support business part-time so I am not a newbie...any help great ?

I am finding it quite difficult to get much information about your HP 14s-fq0508sa notebook.
I do see that the 64GB "hard disk" is eMMC memory that is soldered into the chipset.
You might be able to prep the M.2 SSD with the Windows DiskPart utility.
Is your intent to use it as additional storage?

Hi, @MikeBarden1
I came across the same issue a couple of weeks ago.
Please see this discussion.

You need to exchange the NVMe SSD for a SATA one.
