I have used the hp omen 17-an180 for two months. The performance was okay. today a major issue has occurred. the laptop is not turned on or alive after unplugging the Adapter(charger) and showing the battery charge full while plugged in. i have made a hp battery performance test which showing the
failure ID: 6C6HXS-91496P-MFPW2J-C0AJ03.
I will be grateful if you fix the issue..

The error translates to Error 601. That is a failed main battery. The battery is covered under warranty for replacement at no cost to you. Your offsite warranty is still active.
I will ask a Moderator to escalate the issue for you.

Thanks for fixing up the issue.
I have a problem regarding the warranty issue..the product was purchased from sweden and shipped to Bangladesh. But hp support center is unavailable in Bangladesh. Can u provide any solution regarding the above circumstance?
