My 580-015xt desktop is affected according to Intel Tool, but not listed by HP either!

Even if HP does not document a fix for your system, don't give up just yet.

 

Rolling out fixes is, partly, a function of time.  So keep checking back.  In this other thread, I document four steps which helped me monitor status until I found resolution.

 

I hope this might help someone else save some time.

i read your other thread and indeed, i found a update for the ME frimware dated 17 oct.

 

i also noticed that there is also a bios update(17oct), and i noticed that other brands recommed to update bios first.

 

im gonna try this and let you guys know if it worked for me!

 

 

 edit: worked for me! device is not longer vulnerable. thank you oCraigo!
