HP laptop 15s-fq1004nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, my new laptop suddenly stopped working and on a black screen appeared the message

"Boot device not found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk

F2 system diagnostics"

So I followed the instruction on the articles of hp support website. After opening the BIOS, configuration-->UEFI and then there was the screen with

"Intel (R) RST 17.5.5.4401 raid driver

No disks connected to system"

What can I do?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and you are getting an error saying no boot device found.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
