Hi, my new laptop suddenly stopped working and on a black screen appeared the message
"Boot device not found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk
F2 system diagnostics"
So I followed the instruction on the articles of hp support website. After opening the BIOS, configuration-->UEFI and then there was the screen with
"Intel (R) RST 17.5.5.4401 raid driver
No disks connected to system"
What can I do?
