Hello,
Im looking for Intel® Rapid Storage Technology driver with F6 folder, when i try to install windows 10 the disk is missing due driver.
Can support help me ?

The laptop processor does not need a disk driver, make sure you have created the installation USB drive properly, use Microsoft's media creation tool.

you can download this driver if you want, use WinZip or 7 Zip, to unzip in a folder, then select the drivers folder, and copy its contents to the USB, and at the time of installation select that folder to find the Intel RST driver.

must use the Intel RST premium, but as I said, I don't think that's the problem, only processors from 10 th generation and up need a driver. The issue is the USB, maybe it is generation 3 and you should use Gen 2, maybe it is partially damaged.

I already change USB twice and re-downloaded image also twice.

I'm used RUFUS to format the USB.
I also tested USB 2.0 and 3.0

If your notebook came with Windows from HP and not FREEDOS, see if making a bootable recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery client utility works.
