So i enabled Intel SGX for 1 day, then disabled it in the BIOS and now i can't undervolt, even when it's off.

I see that you are not able to undervolt. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.
May I know if you have made any changes to your system?
Could you confirm if it happens only when the system is connected to the AC adapter?
I would suggest you follow the steps shared below and let me know the outcome of it:
- Download and install the Intel® Software Guard Extensions Activation App from the Microsoft Store*.
- Run the app as Administrator to enable Intel SGX in the BIOS.
- Reboot.
- Check that Intel SGX is Enabled in BIOS.
