Hello,
i had Intel UHD 630 disconnected in the BIOS since 2022, with latest BIOS update, which was MANDATORY through MS Windows Update, the feature to enable it or disable Intel UHD is NO LONGER AVAILABLE AS OPTION, Chipset is not being detected.  i7-9750-H CPU
Did got in touch with Client Support, which was not helpful and informed that any solution in this case should be at my expense. It is kind of situation that Harm was done by incompetent HP BIOS makers, and to solve it - it is ME WHO HAS TO PAY MONEY! Same would be to infect my PC with Virus and then ask for money to clean it. Case number : Edited

What a Shame.

Also, to prove the incompetence of HP Bios Makers, hereby to mention caseID Edited (creation 01 of March 2021), while my Laptop was still covered by official Warranty, Mandatory Bios Update was released by HP through MS Windows Update, which Disabled the possibility to connect external Display through USB-C port, after was reported - HP had to create New BIOS version ASAP and offer apologies.

They Offered to Assist me in the nearest Center, but all diagnostics + mailing will be at my expense according to manifested by HP Client Support, they consider it as Post-Warranty Service at the EXPENSE of THE CLIENT, can you assure, HP will do the FIX at the expense of the company?

Because there is nothing about it in your reply, and i had quite enough over the phone with Agents, who has very little clue of how BIOS/MS Windows works..., some of your tech.Experts said it was due to the event that i've purchased Win10Pro Upgrade to the Original Win10Home version pre-installed with laptop... Disregarding the fact, that hardware which is not being provided by BIOS, can not be detected by MS Windows - ANY VERSION..., so please, may i have Written Confirmation, that HP will take care of problem which HP itself created by releasing BIOS without Intel UHD graphics support, Please?
