HP 470 G9 17 inch Notebook PC (4Z7D3AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My personal computer is HP 470 17 inch G9 Notebook PC (6S788EA#UUW)
Intel's graphics driver DOES NOT STAY, because via Windows Updateit is ALWAYS after a few days AUTOMATICALLY updated back to this SAME very old version (2024-08-07): WU tells “Intel Corporation - Display - 32.0.101.5763”.
This bug was reported already in 2023 and now it's a big problem for a HUGE number of users.
This has been reported numerous times to Microsoft Windows Support, but they have not reacted to this problem in any way (Intel Support said that this matter belongs to Microsoft).

Intel released a new driver: 32.0.101.6913 June 27, 2025.
Then July 5, 2025 via Windows Update: it AGAIN updated automatically back to the SAME old version 32.0.101.5763!
WHY IS THIS SERIOUS ERROR? I DO NOT KNOW ANY MORE, WHAT TO DO?

I would now like a moderator or an independent advisor or even an HP expert to comment on the problem!

It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to contact HP Official Support for my personal computer!

I have tried to get there using several different routes (Signed in to my account), but HP always BLOCKS access by giving some reason and redirects to another webpage and I cannot proceed.

This is an easy way to get rid of customers!
