Yes, I read the manual, and it shows that my laptop’s maximum RAM capacity is 16GB. However, using the command prompt, I found out that the maximum RAM capacity is actually 32GB. This suggests that the manual or maintenance guide provided by HP is not up-to-date. Is there any other way, like the command prompt, to find out the maximum capacity of the internal storage of laptop?

Go to the Crucial website and run their free scan or enter your notebooks model number to get a report.

Thank you for suggesting the Crucial System Scanner. I tried it on my system and have attached a photo of the results. The scan recommended upgrading up to a 4TB SSD and 64GB of RAM.
From an expert's perspective, could you explain how this scanner works and whether it is trustworthy? Also, does the Victus 15-fa1000 series motherboard truly support a 2TB or 4TB SSD? Shall I proceed with a 4TB or 2TB SSD upgrade? If you have any concerns, please let me know.

You're very welcome.
I don't know how the scanner works, but the information they provide is usually right on target.
The NVMe drive capacities are just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.
For storage capacity, theoretically the sky's the limit as long as the drive is single-sided.
