I have a problem with the Webcam driver/ connection. When I open my camera app, the message says "We can't find your camera" and the error code is 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached> . If I look into the Device Manager, I can't find the driver that says "Camera" and an error appears under Universal Serial Bus Controllers: " Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) ". I tried updating the drivers and it says they are up to date. I tried uninstalling the drive with the USB error and then restarting my PC, and sometimes after a while, the camera would work, but not for too long ( when it would work, I checked in device manager and the camera driver appeared and there was no more error with the USB thing). It would sometimes start glitching and lines would appear on the camera screen until it would eventually stop working again. I checked the HP Support Assistant and even the "Get help" selection from windows, and all they said was that it might be a hardware problem. But I am not sure if it's a hardware problem, because it works fine from now and then, and then it glitches again and stops working. My guess would be that it's a software problem that happened after I set up the Laptop and there was a problem with the installation of the drivers ( I am not sure). Also, after I searched things on the Internet, I tried unchecking the "Turn on fast start-up" option from System Settings under Power Options from control panel. Again, after I restarted the pc the camera worked well, but after a couple of hours it stopped again.

I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me!
