HP Recommended

I have purchased HP S1000 Silent /Lightweight, upto 1600 DPI Wireless Optical Mouse in India from Flipkart.com, but within a few months it has totally stopped working(it has 3 years warranty), I tried claiming warranty from the official website again and again from last 2 months but it's showing invalid serial number! Could you please help me on this?
