HP Pavallion 15-ec0xxx

I want to upgrade my HP pavallion laptop and I am confused which ram to choose, in one of the answers someone suggested Crucial 8GB DDR4-2666 SODIMM, but this has CL19 and I saw Kingston Fury Impact which has CL15, so can this be used and would it be a better choice, given this is the first time I am upgrading my system and it has right now Hynix 8GB ram which came at time of purchase and I have already ordered Samsung EVO 970 plus for ssd upgrade.

use an app such as cpu-z or a command such as WMIC to find what memory came with the system and then get the same manufacturer part number but in 8, 16 or 32gtb size as done here
